You’ll be the hit of the neighborhood when we deliver and set up an inflatable bounce house in your back yard. We also deliver to corporate events, block parties, holiday parties, you name it!

Delivery Information

Delivery and set-up is free within a 10 mile radius of our address. We use Google Maps to determine mileage.

For addresses between 10 and 20 miles of our location, the delivery fee is $30. Anything more than 20 miles will be determined individually.

Answers

•  Can I pick up the bouncer and put it up myself?

  No. Due to our commitment to our customer's safety, we do not offer self-service. All of our prices include delivery and set-up (within 15 miles of Bellingham, outside of that a small delivery charge applies) and helps us to insure that the bouncer is set-up properly.

•  Where can you set up a bouncer?

  Any surface as long as it is relatively level, isn't too close to any structures or pokey plant life, and have enough overhead room (about 16 feet). We also won't set up to close to swimming pools, lakes, fences, steep hills, on an elevated deck or on a dock.

  We do have the ability to set up our bouncers in many indoor party spaces, including school gyms and multi-purpose rooms. This gives us greater flexibility to provide you with entertainment year-round!

•  How does weather effect the bouncers?

  For safety reasons, we are unable to set up in windy weather (20 mph or more) or in constant rainy weather. If it rains a little bit, simply towel off the bouncer and you are good to go again! Thunderstorms with lightening are also a big safety risk, and we ask that the unit be deflated if lightning is present. We will also not set up in temperatures under 40 degrees (F) due to probable damage it will cause to the unit.

•   What is your weather refund policy?

  We will not set-up in the rain, so in the event of a weather forced cancellation, we will either refund your deposit or apply it to a re-scheduled rental within 30 days. If you, as the customer, opt to cancel due to the threat of rain please do so before we arrive to set-up. Once the equipment has left our facility, the deposit will not be refunded and once we have set up the equipment there is no refund for any portion of the rental.

•   Do you carry insurance?

  You bet! We carry general liability for each bounce house. Your rental contract will spell out the limits of liability and you will be asked to sign it and assume full responsibility for the bouncer and anyone who uses it.

•   What forms of payment do you accept?

  We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and cash.

•   Can I have the bouncer set up in a park?

  Of course you can! You will need to check with either city or county (depending on the park) to find out what their requirements are and plan accordingly. In these cases, it is best to plan ahead in the event there is a need for additional paperwork or approvals. •   What is your refund policy?

  Deposits may be refunded with at least two (2) weeks notice. Once your rental equipment has left our facility for your event, there are no refunds for either the deposit or the rental fee.   

•   How does the bouncer stay inflated?

  We use the very best blowers to keep the air inside the bouncers and the fun going strong! If by some chance, you lose power please have everyone evacuate the bouncer before trying to troubleshoot it. Once everyone is out, check the blower and make sure it is switched on. Then check all of the cords to be sure they are still properly plugged in. Then check the circuit breaker or fuse for the outlet being used. (If you aren't sure, try plugging into a different outlet). If all of this fails, please call the number that is on your rental contract and we will jump into action to help you out.

•   You say that your bouncers are clean...what do you use to clean them?

  We use a product called H2Orange that is both environmentally friendly and a highly effective disinfectant! To insure the highest standard in cleanliness and safety, all of our bouncers are inspected on a regular schedule. Remember, we're dads...we wouldn't rent out something that we wouldn't be comfortable having our own kids in!

•   So, a child at my party was having a great time, ate too much cake and got sick on the bouncer. What do I do?

  We kindly ask that any messes inside the bouncers are promptly cleaned up. In the event that we have to complete this chore, we will charge an additional clean-up fee. As a side note, it is never ok to have any of the family pets inside the bouncer. They can and will get sick (or worse) and their claws will damage the unit.
